Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
- Keying in sales orders with a high level of accuracy, adhering to a monthly error rate of no more than 2%
- Setting up new clients as needed, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
- Handling exception calls and providing support to sales representatives as needed
- Maintaining standing orders, including holds, releases, and additions, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Processing exceptions into the Case module, creating credit memos, filing freight claims, issuing call tags, and reshipping items as required
- Processing freight claims, pursuing payment from carriers, and filing claim paperwork
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of arenaflex's Core Values and Purpose, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Attending all scheduled meetings, with a maximum of 10% annual absence
- Clocking in and out for work and lunch with a high level of accuracy
- Providing excellent customer service, actively listening to customer needs, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Following all OSHA and other safety guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment
- Demonstrating teamwork and collaboration, actively contributing to a positive and supportive team culture
- Managing stress and meeting deadlines, adhering to company safety standards, and avoiding serious injuries or incidents
Essential Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
- Proficiency in using CRM software, email, and chat platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and handling multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or service environment
- Knowledge of arenaflex's products or services, or a willingness to learn and adapt
- Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong understanding of remote work best practices
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other productivity software
