Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers with healthcare claims and enrollment
- Developing a warm and friendly approach to build rapport with callers

Essential Qualifications
