Job Summary

As a Live Chat Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on our website and social media channels. Your duties will include answering customer inquiries, offering promotional discounts, and providing helpful resources and information. This is an entry-level position, and full training is provided, so don't worry if you have not done this type of work before. Key Responsibilities

* Provide timely and efficient customer service through online chat on our website and social media channels

  • Answer customer inquiries and respond to their concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Offer promotional discounts and provide helpful resources and information to customers
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, business) preferred

  • 5+ hours availability per week; flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to follow provided steps and instructions
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
