The Role
As one of our first Customer Support Specialists, you'll be part of a small but mighty team that's dedicated to delivering world-class support to our users. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer inquiries via chat messaging, phone calls, and email
* Resolving complex technical issues and providing expert guidance on our software
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address product defects and areas for improvement
* Creating engaging and informative content for our Learning Center, including articles, tutorials, and FAQs
* Developing a deep understanding of our software and its applications in the salon and spa industry

* A strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex problems
