The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients via phone and email. You will provide accurate information about new bookings, rebookings, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more. Your goal will be to find solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly. You will be the voice of arenaflex, representing our brand and values in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Offer accurate information about new bookings, rebookings, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more
- Find solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients
Requirements
* Fluency in Danish and a good command of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer support or a related field
- Knowledge of the travel industry and its products
- Experience working with CRM systems and other customer support software
- Certification in customer service or a related field
