Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering phones and greeting customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Entering data into our database systems with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Entering data provided directly by customers, verifying it against original documents, and ensuring its accuracy
  • Retrieving data from database or electronic files as requested
  • Sorting and organizing paperwork after data entry to ensure it is not lost and is archived
  • Maintaining a well-organized filing system
  • Performing other duties as required to support the team and achieve business objectives

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or receptionist
  • Accurate typing skills with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute
  • Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet tools, including MS Office Word and Excel
  • Basic knowledge of databases and data entry software
  • Good command of English, both oral and written, and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications
