Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
* Retaining existing customer monthly memberships through proactive communication and issue resolution
* Providing information about our products and services, and troubleshooting and resolving product issues and concerns
* Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
* Previous work from home experience (a plus, but not required)
* Ability to build rapport with customers and establish trust
* Ability to multitask and quickly adapt to new programs and processes
* Positive and professional demeanor
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Availability to work Saturdays (required for the position)
Preferred Qualifications
* Bilingual or multilingual skills (a plus)
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Knowledge of our products and services (a plus, but not required)
