Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional voice and chat support to our customers in both English and Spanish. You'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering personalized service, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to client requests and inquiries via phone and chat, providing product information, resolving issues, and offering personalized recommendations.

  • Demonstrate high standards for quality service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and procedural updates to provide accurate and informed support.
  • Collaborate with the quality and training team to self-manage performance expectations and maintain business acumen.
  • Maintain an open communication line with Team Lead, Quality Advocate, Trainer, and Manager for support and personal development.
  • Adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality goals as set by management, striving to exceed expectations.
  • Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email.

Essential Qualifications

* 2-3 years of experience in a business or professional environment, preferably in the service industry.

  • Comparable experience in an office environment encouraged.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage workload efficiently.
  • Exceptional written communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver a high level of client service under high volume.
  • Commitment to client service and high-quality standards in grammar, punctuation, and written business acumen.
  • Professional, upbeat, and engaging oral and/or written communication.
  • Ability to develop relationships with clients, even in difficult situations.
  • Ability to advise and counsel clients in a quick and efficient manner.

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior customer service/troubleshooting experience.

  • Experience in windows-based applications, specifically client relationship management tools (e.g., Instant Service).
  • Excellent data entry skills (45-55 wpm minimum).
  • Experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry (1 year or more).
  • Live chat experience (1 year or more).

Compensation and Benefits

Requirements

* High school or equivalent (required).

  • Customer service experience (1 year or more).
  • Live chat experience (1 year or more).
  • Beauty and cosmetics experience (1 year or more).
  • Call center experience (1 year or more).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Ability to work in a dynamic shift environment, including weekends and evening shifts.
  • Vacation blackout period applies during the holiday season and promotional periods.

Equipment and Technology Requirements

* Windows-based computer (Macbook and Chromebooks not allowed).

  • Dual monitors with 1280 x 1024 (SXGA) screen resolution.
  • Two (2) available USB 2.0 or greater ports.
  • Hard-wired internet connection with a minimum 45 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed.
  • Internet connection must not be shared with more than 3 devices in the same location.
