Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hyderabad, working from home or in our office. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, expediting orders, and correcting post-sales problems. You'll work closely with customers through various communication channels, utilizing a range of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research policies, and provide effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and live chat channels

  • Expedite orders and resolve post-sales problems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Utilize software tools to navigate customer accounts, research policies, and provide effective solutions
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external customers
  • Prioritize work tasks to ensure productivity and department standards are met

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum qualification of 10+2

  • Any graduate or postgraduate degree is eligible to apply
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize work tasks
  • Good comprehension skills, with the ability to clearly understand and address customer issues
  • Ability to use a desktop/laptop computer system, with familiarity with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer
  • Good typing skills, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
