Role and Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in Sweden, handling a wide range of inquiries and requests through phone, chat, and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional support experiences to our customers, resolving their queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicating effectively with customers
- Working variable hours to match customer demand, including late evenings and day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following basic qualifications:
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Right to work in the Netherlands
- Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
- Experience working with a computer
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend and compensated overtime as required)
- Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
