Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team of data-driven professionals. As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable recommendations to drive business outcomes. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Build a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data related to our internal groups and functional partners

• Support the coordination of high-speed projects that normalize and advance financial cycles across the organization
• Support internal business work processes, including administration costing, labor force management, and asset planning
• Work with different data systems and deliver ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business needs, research, emergency, and resolve measurement-based issues
• Archive work processes connected with key cycles, data collection and maintenance, including tracking significant decisions and changes
• Work with Data Engineers and system architects to support documentation and executions of data set plans
• Construct vital dynamic structures and write scripts that help us automate and expand
• Gifted in refining insights from data and combining and making convincing storytelling for leader audiences
• Support Planning and Delivery Activities with impromptu demands from our partners

Essential Capabilities

* 3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data science, or technical fields

• Four-year college education in a technical field – Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Accounting, Informatics, Software Engineering
• Experience working with data and data control software like R, SQL, Python; building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, Smartsheet
• Understanding of social data set plan and capability
• Solid math and analytical skills
• You are an exhibited self-starter and you give solid critical fitness, unwavering discernment and conveying, and extraordinary direction
• Fruitful collaboration and time usage abilities
• You carry areas of strength for a to detail, with a capacity to make a stride back and grasp the master plan
• You have astounding composed and oral relational abilities
• A showed capacity to work with designing conveyance groups to examine specialized ideas
• Experience with Success, Smartsheet, or potentially AirTable

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and tools

• Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques
• Experience with data storytelling and communication
• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
• Experience with agile development methodologies and Scrum frameworks
