What You Will Do

As an Online Chat Assistant, you will be an integral part of our customer service team, responsible for providing support to Walmart customers through online chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through online chat
  • Assisting customers with product information, order tracking, and issue resolution
  • Providing guidance on Walmart's policies, procedures, and promotions
  • Collaborating with team members to address escalated customer concerns
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers

Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner through online chat

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
  • Assist customers with order tracking, returns, and exchanges
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements:
