Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Strategist to join our team in California. As a key member of our consumer insights and activation team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty across multiple digital channels. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for collecting, managing, and utilizing first-party customer data across digital channels
- Design and implement data collection structures, including website cookies, customer sign-ups, surveys, and other online interactions, to capture valuable customer insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align first-party customer data collection and activation strategies with business objectives
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages data sharing and cross-functional collaboration
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure data collection practices comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Develop and execute data-driven content strategies that resonate with diverse customer segments
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 8-12 years of experience in digital customer engagement or CRM leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing data-driven customer engagement strategies that drive business growth and customer loyalty
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret business goals and develop effective customer engagement strategies
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms, including Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools
