Job Summary:
arenaflex is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team on a 3-month contract-to-hire basis. As a Medicare CSR, you'll be responsible for handling claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and more, while working closely with customers to resolve their issues. This is a 100% remote opportunity, allowing you to work from anywhere within a one-hour radius of Philadelphia, PA 19103.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound calls from customers, providing empathetic and solutions-driven support to resolve their issues
- Manage claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other related tasks
- Work collaboratively with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
- Utilize multiple systems simultaneously to navigate and resolve customer inquiries
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, using proper grammar, language, and tone in all interactions
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling times, first-call resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in call center customer service, with a focus on inbound calls (no telesales)
- Excellent customer-focused competencies, with a strong service-oriented mindset
- Empathy and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex customer issues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Must score 80% or above on the eSkills test
Preferred Qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED, with 2+ years of customer service experience/call center experience
- Healthcare industry experience, with a focus on Medicare or related areas
- Previous experience working in a call center environment, with a focus on inbound calls
- Medical background or experience working in a healthcare-related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
