Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with billing inquiries and concerns: Provide timely and effective support to customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
  • Ensuring accurate account information: Document and input customer account information into our client system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Providing detailed explanations of account status and inquiries: Communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner, ensuring customers understand their account status and any relevant details.
  • Adhering to State and Federal regulations: Stay up-to-date on relevant regulations and ensure compliance in your daily work.
  • Assisting customers with delinquent accounts: Work with customers to resolve delinquent accounts, following state guidelines and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Utilizing exceptional communication skills: Develop strong relationships with customers, clients, and colleagues, using effective communication skills to achieve both client and customer goals.

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be measured on the following key results areas:

  • Maintain an average Inbound Handle Time: Ensure efficient call handling, minimizing wait times and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve Quality Assurance goals: Meet or exceed quality standards, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Adhere to Production measures: Meet or exceed production targets, including time spent on calls, schedule adherence, and other key performance indicators.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

  • High School graduate or equivalent: A strong educational foundation is essential for this role.
  • Detail-oriented and organized: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
  • Effective communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • High levels of professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor, even in challenging situations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other software applications is essential.
  • Ability to learn software applications: Willingness to learn and adapt to new software applications and systems.

Technical Requirements

For remote positions, the following technical requirements apply:

  • Broadband internet connection: A fast and reliable internet connection is essential for remote work.
  • Hard-wired connection: A hard-wired connection is required, with no Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi hotspots.
  • Speed test results: A minimum of 25 mbps download and 20 mbps upload speed is required.

Camera Requirements

During training and shifts, cameras are required to be on, with the exception of breaks and lunches.

Pay Range

The pay range for this role is $16.50 per hour.
