Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist – Client Support and Operations Agent, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support and handling various operational tasks. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Client Support: Offer friendly and professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing their queries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter customer data, flight information, and other relevant details into our automated retail location framework, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing errors.
  • Operational Tasks: Handle various operational tasks, such as tagging and registration, boarding, baggage handling, reservations, and resolving related issues and complaints.
  • Cash Handling: Process payments, make change, and balance daily transactions, ensuring accurate and secure financial management.
  • Communication: Respond to customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat, maintaining a positive and professional tone.
  • Reporting: Complete forms and reports as required, ensuring accurate and timely submission.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is not necessary.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Data Entry Skills: Proficient in data entry, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter customer data and other relevant information.
  • Cash Handling Skills: Ability to handle cash, make change, and balance daily transactions, ensuring accurate and secure financial management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Time Management Skills: Ability to work efficiently and effectively, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
  • Data Entry Experience: Previous data entry experience, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Cash Handling Experience: Previous cash handling experience, preferably in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish, is highly desirable.
