Job Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist – Client Support and Operations Agent, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support and handling various operational tasks. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Client Support: Offer friendly and professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing their queries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter customer data, flight information, and other relevant details into our automated retail location framework, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing errors.
- Operational Tasks: Handle various operational tasks, such as tagging and registration, boarding, baggage handling, reservations, and resolving related issues and complaints.
- Cash Handling: Process payments, make change, and balance daily transactions, ensuring accurate and secure financial management.
- Communication: Respond to customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat, maintaining a positive and professional tone.
- Reporting: Complete forms and reports as required, ensuring accurate and timely submission.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is not necessary.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
