Job Summary:

arenaflex Solutions is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative Administrator to join our team in a remote work environment. As a key member of our MVRecovery team, you will be responsible for maintaining account orderliness, ensuring a field agent is assigned to each account, updating designated accounts with new information received from the client, and communicating any escalated information to the client or supervisor as needed. Responsibilities:

* Maintain account orderliness, ensuring a field agent is assigned to each account

• Update designated accounts with new information received from the client
• Communicate any escalated information to the client or supervisor as needed
• Facilitate the successful recovery of assigned collateral
• Demonstrate basic product and service knowledge and initiate required actions as needed
• Utilize strong phone skills to give clear and concise direction
• Multitask and organize multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously
• Collaborate with field agents and customer information to secure collateral for clients
• Perform 100% of job responsibilities via computer, with no field work or travel required

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of Customer Service and Account Management experience, or equivalent
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required
• Experience with collateral repossession, collections, asset recovery, skip tracing, and credit experience is beneficial
• High level of experience using G-Suite, MS Office, and related applications
• Strong phone skills with the ability to give clear and concise direction
• Strong multi-tasking and organization skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recovery environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience working in a remote environment

• Experience with customer service software and systems
• Knowledge of the repossession and recovery industry
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
