Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Accurately entering and updating customer information into our database, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Managing and maintaining customer records to ensure all data is current and correct, and providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and providing support to our customer care team.
- Assisting with generating reports and analyzing data for accuracy and completeness, and handling sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Utilizing data management software and CRM systems to manage customer information and provide exceptional customer service.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with data management software and CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
