Job Summary

As a Live Chat Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, providing timely and effective support via live chat. You will be responsible for answering a wide range of questions, from simple queries to more complex issues, and will work closely with our team to resolve any problems that may arise. With full training provided, no prior experience is required, and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via live chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize a comprehensive knowledge base to answer frequently asked questions and provide accurate information to customers
  • Work closely with our team to resolve complex issues and provide additional support as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to the team to improve our services
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with our supervisor to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications) preferred

  • 1+ year of customer service experience, either in-person or online
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability of at least 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a live chat or customer service environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
