Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Live Chat Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through live chat. Your primary duties will include:
- Providing prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via live chat: You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your responses will set the tone for their experience with arenaflex. You'll need to be able to respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries, while also providing helpful solutions to their problems.
- Effectively addressing and resolving customer issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction: You'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner. What We're Looking For
