Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through inbound calls and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and helping customers with their needs.
  • Assisting customers on the checkout counter, processing transactions, and managing coins or card payments.
  • Handling product returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with arenaflex's policies and procedures.
  • Promoting and explaining arenaflex club benefits to customers, helping with club sign-ups, and addressing club-related inquiries.
  • Developing a strong knowledge of the products sold in our warehouse to accurately answer customer questions and provide recommendations.
  • Assisting with stocking shelves, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the store is well-organized.
  • Addressing and resolving customer complaints or issues, escalating complex problems to higher management when necessary.
  • Providing customer service through phone or email, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including restrooms and common areas.

Required Qualifications:

* Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Cash Handling: Basic math skills and the ability to handle coins and operate a cash register.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with the products sold in our warehouse and the ability to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing duties and priorities.
  • Physical Stamina: Some positions may require standing for extended periods and performing tasks that require physical stamina.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills may be required for handling transactions and accessing customer information.
  • Dependability: Reliable and punctual attendance is always expected.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience in a retail or warehouse environment.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
