Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Support Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. Key Responsibilities

* Provide friendly and efficient service to customers at the ticket counter, baggage claim, and other airport locations

  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless customer service and efficient operations
  • Utilize advanced technology to manage customer interactions, including phone, email, and chat support
  • Process transactions, including ticket sales, baggage fees, and other services
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including customer interactions, issues, and resolutions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance standards, including customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality metrics

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in using technology, including computers, software, and communication tools
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the airline industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
