Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Accurately entering data into our system using a steady flow of images
- Identifying and categorizing document types based on provided documentation
- Reviewing and verifying data to meet quality standards
- Maintaining confidentiality of all Personal Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Collaborating professionally with team members as needed
- Suggesting improvements to job processes to enhance efficiency
- Completing daily tasks and performing additional office duties as assigned
Hourly Pay and Schedule
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $12 per hour, with both part-time and full-time positions available. A minimum of 20 hours per week is required, with shifts available between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday. We value work-life balance and offer a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs.

- Proficiency in reading and speaking English
- Typing speed: 50 WPM with 95% accuracy; 4,500 KPH with 95% accuracy
