Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary
- Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality in our customer interactions
- Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, while maintaining a customer-focused approach to every interaction
- Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes in a secure and efficient manner
- Upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers when opportunities arise
- Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers over the phone, via email, and through other communication platforms
- Basic computer skills and experience, including proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner
- Customer-focused approach to every interaction, with a commitment to delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Fluency in multiple languages
