Job Responsibilities
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leveraging advanced data science, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques to drive business growth and improvement. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building and deploying complex models using technical expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data engineering
- Developing and maintaining large-scale data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes to support business intelligence and analytics
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, research, software development, and business leaders, to define product requirements and provide analytical support
- Communicating complex technical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders and customers
- Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence
- Contributing to the development of arenaflex's data science strategy and roadmap
- Mentoring and guiding junior data scientists and analysts to help them grow and develop their skills
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or physics, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field
- Advanced experience with programming languages, including Python, PySpark, and SQL
- Experience with cloud-based platforms, including Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning, and experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch
- Experience with data visualization tools, including Matplotlib and Seaborn
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
- A Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or physics
- Experience with IoT and Edge AI
- Experience with reinforcement learning
- Experience in the healthcare industry
