Job Responsibilities

  • Design and execute the AI automation roadmap across the organization

  • Map and redesign end-to-end processes to unlock automation opportunities

  • Identify and prioritize high-impact (20/80) leverage points

  • Build or orchestrate AI agents, LLM workflows, and automation systems (RAG, APIs, pipelines)

  • Define governance, monitoring, and performance frameworks for AI systems

  • Drive cross-functional adoption across Product, Marketing, Ops, and Data

  • Lead technical decision-making, balancing innovation with scalability and reliability

  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems to measure impact

  • Improve workflows to accelerate time-to-production (2x speed)

  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing AI team

  • 5+ years leading high-performance tech teams in dynamic environments

  • Strong experience in AI/ML systems (LLMs, APIs, automation workflows, MLOps)

  • Proven ability to design scalable architectures and distributed systems

  • Hands-on experience with tools such as LangChain, AWS, FastAPI, Node.js or similar

  • Strong systems thinking and ability to connect technology with business outcomes

  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking KPIs and performance metrics

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments

  • Excellent communicator, able to translate complex AI concepts into business value

  • Strong ownership, prioritization (20/80), and execution skills
