I’m the founder of a growing coaching and training company and I’m looking for a high-level Virtual Assistant to support CRM, marketing, and day-to-day operations. This is not just task-based—I need someone organized, proactive, and able to help keep things moving. ⸻
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Systems
- Manage contacts, pipelines, and automations
- Keep data clean and organized
Marketing Support
- Schedule content and emails
- Assist with campaigns and launches
- Repurpose content (Canva a plus)
Admin Support
- Calendar + client communication
- Organize workflows and documents
- Support programs, events, and projects

- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Tech-savvy and a strong communicator
- Able to manage multiple priorities
