Position Overview As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our members and helping them navigate their health insurance plans. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our members, and your role will be critical in ensuring that they receive the support and guidance they need to make informed decisions about their healthcare.
