Job Summary
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring that our products are delivered to our customers in optimal condition. This is a part-time opportunity, working 8 hours per week, with flexibility to work on Saturdays and Sundays as needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving technical issues and answering product-related queries
- Troubleshoot and repair soft drink fountain machines, ensuring they are in good working condition
- Investigate and diagnose issues with pop fountain equipment, identifying root causes and implementing solutions
- Maintain all refrigeration equipment in optimal working condition, ensuring that our products are delivered to our customers at the right temperature
- Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
- Remain positive, work collaboratively with colleagues, and create exceptional customer-centric experiences
Essential Qualifications
* Secondary school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
- Valid driver's license
- Technical aptitude to repair machines
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work on Saturdays and Sundays as needed
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, customer service)
- Previous experience in customer support or technical repair
- Familiarity with soft drink fountain machines and refrigeration equipment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
