Key Responsibilities

As an Administrative and Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Submitting contractual changes to internal teams based on agreements on file
  • Arranging new account setups and frequency changes
  • Reading contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Configuring pricing increases and monthly fees
  • Auditing invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Following up with customers to verify sales and contractual details
  • Utilizing Excel to analyze data and drive business growth
  • Participating in on-camera meetings to collaborate with team members

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills:

  • Attention to detail and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to use a phone and make multiple calls throughout the day
  • Ability to perform data entry and extract and analyze data up to thousands of line items
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including complex formulas
  • Ability to work independently in a quiet workspace with minimal distractions

Software Skills

As an Administrative and Customer Service Representative, you will be required to use a variety of software tools, including:

  • Excel: Advanced knowledge of Excel is preferred, including the ability to create complex formulas and analyze large datasets
  • Other software tools as needed to perform job duties

Education and Experience
