The Analytics Team

Our Analytics team is at the heart of arenaflex's decision-making process, providing critical insights and recommendations that drive business growth and inform strategic decisions. As a Data Scientist on our team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop data-driven solutions, and drive business outcomes.

The Role

As a Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Uncovering Insights: Use quantitative analysis and data visualization to identify trends and patterns in large datasets, and develop actionable recommendations to drive business growth.
• Building Analytics Experiments: Design and implement full-cycle analytics experiments, reports, and dashboards using SQL, R, Python, or other scripting and statistical tools.
• Mentoring Junior Analysts: Work with and mentor junior analysts to develop their skills and knowledge, and help them tackle complex data challenges.
• Providing Insights: Present findings and recommendations to business leaders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
• Collaborating with Engineering: Work with our engineering team to implement, document, validate, and deploy data-driven solutions.

What We're Looking For

* Bachelor's Degree: In Math, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 4+ Years of Experience: In data analytics, consulting, or a related role.
• Expertise in Data Analysis: Experience working with funnel optimization, user segmentation, cohort analyses, time series analyses, regression models, and other advanced data analysis techniques.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in SQL, ETL, A/B testing, and statistical evaluation using tools like Matlab, R, SAS, or Python.
• Analytics and Visualization Tools: Experience with tools like Chartio, Looker, Tableau, or other data visualization platforms.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
