Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- High-speed internet access and a home office setup
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A customer-focused mindset with a positive and professional attitude
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not mandatory
