Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
  • Providing product information and assistance to customers
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
  • Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to management
  • Meeting and exceeding customer service goals and targets

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Fluency in multiple languages
