Responsibilities
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to Disney guests via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Assisting customers with reservations, tickets, and other Disney-related services
- Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times
- Documenting all customer interactions accurately in our customer service database
- Staying up-to-date with the latest Disney products, services, and promotions
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
