Key Responsibilities:
As a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Utilizing excellent typing skills (minimum 40 wpm) to input data accurately and efficiently.
- Communicating effectively in English; bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
- Previous experience in tier 1 helpdesk support and triage will be advantageous.
- Ensuring accurate setup of organizational and user credentials in our new application platform.
- Collaborating with our team to resolve any data entry-related issues or concerns.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Environment:
As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere with a stable internet connection. Our shifts range from 8 AM - 5 PM to 11 AM - 8 PM EST to support various divisions. You'll be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
Interview Process:
The interview process will consist of a 30-minute video interview conducted by Alfonso. We're looking for candidates who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, have strong communication skills, and are proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
