Key Responsibilities:

* Engage directly with customers via web-based chat services like Facebook Messenger

  • Answer questions about products, check fitment, and assist in scheduling service appointments
  • Provide top-notch customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and responding to customers in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers via chat
  • Basic English writing skills, with the ability to write clear and concise messages
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, in a remote work environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
  • Basic computer skills, with the ability to use web-based chat services and other software applications
