Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Social Media Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Social Media Customer Support team, you will be responsible for engaging with our customers across various social media platforms, providing timely, accurate, and helpful responses to their inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Responsibilities

As a Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you will:

  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback across arenaflex's social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary and ensure follow-up until resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to ensure brand consistency in all customer interactions.
  • Analyze common customer issues and provide feedback to improve our products and services.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a social media or remote setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms and customer service tools.

Educational Qualifications

While a degree is not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
