Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Accurately entering data into the QuickClaim system using a constant supply of images
- Identifying document types based on provided documentation
- Reviewing and verifying that entered data meets or exceeds quality requirements
- Ensuring all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential following HIPAA standards
- Professionally interacting with other staff as needed
- Making recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes
- Completing all tasks for the day
- Performing other basic office duties as assigned
Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused and on-task
- Self-motivation with a strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask and move quickly
- High attention to detail while being efficient
- Quick learner with the ability to follow instructions
- Required to maintain confidentiality of client data
- Proficient in reading and speaking English
- Typing speed: 50 WPM @ 95% accuracy
- KPH Typing Test: 4,500 KPH @ 95% accuracy
- Previous experience in data entry or similar roles is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Pay: $12 per hour
- Schedule: Part-time and full-time openings available, with a preference for full-time (minimum of 20 hours per week required)
- Shifts: Available shifts vary between 8:00 am-9:00 pm CST, Monday-Friday
