Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and courteous support to our customers via phone, email, and other communication channels. Your primary duties will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Accurately and efficiently processing customer orders, including data entry tasks such as manually creating customer orders, importing orders into our system, changing products on an order, updating shipping methods, and thoroughly logging all interactions with customers
• Supervising that any relevant orders had shipped properly for the business day on our various platforms and channels
• Performing other CS-related or admin job duties as assigned
• Multi-tasking and typing at least 40 WPM to ensure efficient and effective communication with customers
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Age: Must be at least 18 years old
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of Customer Service experience
• Computer Knowledge: Excellent computer knowledge and usability, with familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Help Desk Software: Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
• Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage your time while multi-tasking
• Tactful Customer Issue Resolution: The ability to resolve customer issues in a tactful and diligent manner
• Reliability and Self-Motivation: A high level of reliability and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently in a WFH environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable:

• Typing Speed: 50 WPM or more
• Customer Service Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Technical Skills: Experience with CRM software, order management systems, and other technical tools
• Language Skills: Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds

Compensation and Benefits
