Job Summary

We're seeking meticulous and organized individuals with a proven track record in data entry work to join our team as part-time Data Entry Clerks. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in our data management operations, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. Responsibilities

As a part-time Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Inserting customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
  • Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible, and checking the output
  • Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
  • Applying data program techniques and procedures
  • Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
  • Experience with MS Office and data programs
  • Familiarity with administrative duties
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good typing speed (at least 40 wpm)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience with data management software and systems
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
