Your Role in Detail

As a Live Chat Customer Support Assistant, you'll be responsible for responding to live chat messages from customers on arenaflex's clients' websites. Your primary goal will be to provide timely, accurate, and helpful assistance to customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner. To excel in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to live chat messages from customers on arenaflex's clients' websites

  • Provide timely, accurate, and helpful assistance to customers, resolving their queries and concerns
  • Utilize arenaflex's proprietary customer support software to manage chat sessions and track customer interactions
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer support and resolve complex issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred

  • 0-2 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a call center or live chat environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and think critically
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
  • Reliable internet connection and a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions
  • Availability for 10+ hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts and schedules

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with customer support software and technology, including arenaflex's proprietary platform

  • Familiarity with industry-standard customer support metrics and performance indicators
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
