Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Virtual Customer Support Associate to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for managing large volumes of incoming calls and emails, identifying and assessing customer needs, and providing accurate and timely solutions. Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing large amounts of incoming calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner
  • Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
  • Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex products and services to provide expert-level support to customers
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • A track record of over-achieving quota and consistently meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer support experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex customer issues
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with CRM systems and practices

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote environment
