The Role
As a Virtual Customer Service Representative on our 2nd shift team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You'll work independently from home, but you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering outstanding results. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer service calls, emails, and chats

Computer Requirements
To ensure a seamless and secure work experience, we require the following computer specifications:
- Processor: I5 processor or better
- Memory: 8 GB of RAM Memory or more
- Internet Minimum Speed: 50MBPS
- Operating System: Windows 10 or Windows 11
- Browser: Internet Explorer 11 or Chrome
- 2 Monitors: Capable of displaying at least 1024 X 768 pixels
- Sound: Must have a sound card installed and be equipped with speakers or headphones
- USB Headset: A headset that plugs into your computer
Our IT team will guide you through computer and virus protection, and we recommend using either ESET or McAfee antivirus software.
