Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you'll be responsible for resolving technical issues, answering product and service questions, and providing exceptional support via phone, live remote support chat sessions, and email. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, live remote support chat sessions, and email, resolving technical issues and answering product and service questions in a timely and professional manner.

  • Troubleshoot a wide range of technical and non-technical issues, utilizing your problem-solving skills and technical expertise to resolve client concerns.
  • Maximize phone availability to minimize hold times and ensure clients experience a seamless support experience.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive support to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on all arenaflex products and services, ensuring you're equipped to provide accurate and informed support to clients.
  • Work closely with other representatives to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management, contributing to the growth and development of our customer service team.
  • Communicate effectively with clients via email, phone, and live chat, providing clear and concise solutions to their technical and non-technical issues.

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required; relevant technical certifications (e.g., A+) a plus.

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or technical support, with a strong focus on resolving technical issues and providing exceptional support.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-call-volume environment, maintaining a high level of composure and professionalism under pressure.
  • Strong technical skills, including troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to type 40 wpm and work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a retail technology environment or a similar industry.

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn and adapt to our platform.
  • Certification in customer service, technical support, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and knowledge sharing.
