Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Professional, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering customer questions and resolving issues over the phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Creating customer loyalty by serving as a brand spokesperson and demonstrating a variety of selling techniques to promote our products and services
  • Identifying customer needs by asking clarifying questions and articulating the features and benefits of our products and services in a competitive manner
  • Taking action to proactively learn new information and report customer concerns to ensure seamless resolution
  • Thinking outside the box to resolve customer issues and sharing best practices with others to drive continuous improvement
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting customer interactions and feedback to inform business decisions

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience with computers and keyboarding
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
  • Hardwired internet and a USB headset

Compensation

As a Customer Service Professional, you'll be compensated on an hourly basis, with rates ranging from $9.50 to $15.00 per hour, based on placement.
