Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer complaints actively and resolving them in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers, including product details, company policies, and procedures
  • Taking orders and calculating charges, ensuring seamless transactions and customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and follow-ups
  • Generating sales leads and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products
  • Opening new customer accounts by gathering required information and explaining our services and policies
  • Reviewing customer accounts for changes and ensuring that all necessary updates are made
  • Maintaining a healthy relationship with customers through regular communication and follow-up
  • Ensuring that our services meet the highest quality standards, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures, and communicating changes to customers as needed

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and resolving customer issues in a timely manner
  • Strong product knowledge, with the ability to explain features and benefits to customers
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry or sector

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop this knowledge
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
