Job Summary
As an Online Amazon Customer Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing timely and effective support to Amazon customers via live chat. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. Key Responsibilities
