Job Description

As a Virtual Assistant/ Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling administrative tasks and ensuring data is entered correctly and efficiently. You'll work closely with our team to support our business operations and provide exceptional support to our customers. Your role will involve:

  • Accurately entering and updating data in various systems and databases
  • Performing administrative tasks such as managing schedules, handling correspondence, and organizing files
  • Assisting in coordinating meetings and virtual events
  • Generating and preparing reports as needed
  • Communicating effectively with team members and other departments
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • Supporting ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Responsibilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment
  • Basic knowledge of arenaflex's operational processes is a plus

Educational Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
