Job Summary
We're seeking a Virtual Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Virtual Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting a variety of data into our systems. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of data integrity. Key Responsibilities
* Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits
- Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
- Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
- Applying data program techniques and procedures
- Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations
- Scanning documents and printing files, when needed
- Keeping information confidential
Requirements
* Basic computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer
- Must be based in the United States
