Job Description:

As a Data Entry – Admin Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately inputting data into company databases and systems
  • Maintaining and updating administrative records and reports
  • Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments as needed
  • Responding to emails and phone calls in a timely manner
  • Providing general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is a plus

Responsibilities:

* Data Entry: + Accurately input data into company databases and systems + Maintain and update administrative records and reports + Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

  • Administrative Support:

+ Organize and schedule appointments as needed + Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner + Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office

  • Other:

+ Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management
